Solera, in the Black Mountains overlooking the Las Vegas Valley, is a Las Vegas retirement community in the beautiful master planned community of Anthem. Solera's home prices start at $160,000. If you love golf, this is for you! Anthem has two championship golf courses, Lexington and Concord which are both over 7,000 yards. There are also two beautiful public golf courses in the canyon lands.

Siena is a 665-acre gated Las Vegas retirement community in the southern part of Summerlin.
