Pardee Homes promotes single-story Plan Two at Acacia

Builder provides move-in package for limited time

Pardee Homes' Plan Two at Acacia in Nevada Trails is rare in today's new-home market, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.

"It features three bedrooms, a den, two-and-a-half baths and tandem two-bay garage that can be built as an optional bedroom, exercise room or additional master bedroom closet," Landry said. "The home is approximately 2,459 square feet and is priced from approximately $494,450. And, it has the added benefit of being located in a neighborhood within Pardee's beautiful Nevada Trails planned community."

The builder offers an incentive package that includes a refrigerator, washer and dryer and miniblinds. The package is available for a limited time with select floor plans.

In addition to Plan Two, buyers can choose from three other designs.

The single-story Plan One measures 1,990 square feet with three bedrooms or an optional den and two baths. It also has a two-car garage plus a side-loading garage that can be built as an optional workshop. The home is priced from $458,450.

Plan Three, a two-story layout, measures 2,734 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, and three baths. Also featured is a three-car garage and an optional casita. It is priced from $518,700.

The two-story Plan Four measures 3,314 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft, 3 1/2 baths and a spiral staircase at the entry. A two-car garage and side-loading garage is included. The residence is priced from $562,700.

Acacia joins the Palo Verde and Mesquite neighborhoods in Nevada Trails, each of which offers the builder's LivingSmart choices for healthier, more energy-efficient living options.

Palo Verde's courtyard homes range from 2,817 to 5,051 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and five baths.

The homes are priced from $599,450 to $700,950. Mesquite's single- and two-story residences measure from 1,535 to 2,435 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. Prices start from $362,200 to $471,700.

The 10-acre Nevada Trails Park is part of the 23-acre park and trail system within the community.

It features basketball and tennis courts, a playground, playing fields, an exercise track and picnic area. The trails are landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, drive one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m. Starting Sunday, they are open until 6 p.m.

Pardee has built more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada.
