Four three-story model homes are open for viewing at Crescent Valley, a Richmond American Homes neighborhood in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

For a limited time, the builder is offering as much as $10,000 toward options and upgrades to home buyers who finance their purchase through HomeAmerican Mortgage

The largest floor plan is the Onxy at 1,958 square feet. The main level has a bonus room and full bath, while the second level features a great room, dining room and kitchen. On the third level are the bedrooms, including the master suite with a walk-in closet. The price starts from the $330,000s.

Aventurine is a 1,814-square-foot residence priced from the $310,000s. The first floor features a media room or optional fourth bedroom. The second floor has an island kitchen, plus a balcony that enhances the dining room. A fireplace and media niche are optional in the great room. Three bedrooms are on the top floor.

The Jasper plan measures 1,695 square feet and is priced from the $300,000s. The home's entry overlooks a media room on the lower level. Stairs lead to the second floor, where there is a great room, dining room, and kitchen with balcony.

The master suite and two secondary bedrooms are on the top level.

Amethyst is a 1,552-square-foot layout with a media room, vaulted ceiling, laundry room and powder room on the main level. The second floor features a great room, dining room and kitchen with balcony, while the third level provides three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the $280,000s.

To reach Crescent Valley, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, go west to El Capitan Way and turn south. Proceed to Meranto Avenue then go west to Fort Apache Road and turn south. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Fridays, when it opens at noon.
