William Lyon showcases single-story plans at Mountain Falls

William Lyon Homes has released new phases at Cascata, Tramonto and Bella Sera within Mountain Falls, the builder's golf course community in Pahrump.

" Mountain Falls is a showcase of William Lyon's best single-story designs," marketing manager Laurinda Rose said.

" Mountain Falls' setting is a natural fit for these Tuscan-themed homes. When buyers see the wide open spaces and mountain views over our rooftops, they fall in love with this community. "These new releases offer so many choices. Based on availability, buyers can choose from spacious corner lots, cul-de-sac offerings and home sites near community parks or the golf course. That's just a glimpse into the available offerings at Mountain Falls. No matter where you are, the golf course is never far from view."

Cascata offers four floor plans for three-bedroom homes from 1,429 to 1,774 square feet, and priced from the low $200,000s. Den and dining room floor plan variations are available. Some designs offer island kitchens, covered front entries, breakfast nooks, covered loggias at the great room and bay window options.

At Tramonto, four floor plans range from 1,970 to 2,445 square feet with as many as four bedrooms. Homes are priced from the mid-$200,000s and include three-car garages. Buyers can choose from designs with covered patios, front porches and sit-down vanities in the master bath.

"Tramonto offers floor plans to suit every lifestyle," sales agent Pam Zeigler said. "Buyers are first drawn to the all single-story community. Then they see the variety of floor plans, some intimate and others with open layouts ideal for entertaining. Options like wet bars, bay windows and fireplaces offer even more customization."

The largest single-story collection, Bella Sera, offers three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts from 2,495 to 2,897 square feet. Prices start in the low $300,000s. The homes include three-car garages and entry courtyards. Casita, library, den and master retreat options are available in some plans.

The 18-hole Mountain Falls Golf Club is the centerpiece of the community. A clubhouse, scheduled to open in spring, will include a fitness center, two pools and a water play area. A banquet room and restaurant will be open to the public.

Neighborhood mini-parks and a four-mile walking trail will encircle the community.

To reach Mountain Falls, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road and go west about 45 miles. Before reaching Pahrump, turn left on Manse Road, then proceed to Hafen Ranch Road and turn right, then left on Lakeview Drive. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
