fire safety code compliance. Las Vegas businesses involved in food
preparation must comply with the Clark County Health District's regulations.
Fess for Las Vegas business licenses range from $25 - $1,200 and are
required for any changes pertaining to the business such as change
of name, location, ownership, or existing license. Home operated businesses
must obtain a Home Occupation Permit from the Planning & Development
Department; this costs $25.
